GEMILANG COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. (656889-P) (GCTSB), incorporated on the 24th June 2004 as a private limited company.
Our core intention is to develop, implement, and manages Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) related projects and delivering ICT products and services to industries and deserving communities with the ultimate view of narrowing the ever-expanding digital divide of the Malaysian population at large.

Roesman Othman Chief Executive Officer
En Roesman Bin Othman, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board in 2004.
En Roesman Bin Othman plays a role in providing independent oversight to the Executive Directors.
Azelan Alias Managing Director
En Azelan Bin Alias, a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board in 2004. Graduate in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
En Azelan Bin Alias has extensive experience in the telecommunication industry, having worked in various capacities with Gemilang Communication Technology Sdn Bhd. He plays the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. Projects that have been managed by him are the Development, Upgrading, and Maintenance of Pusat Internet, VSAT Installation, LAN cabling of Community Broadband Centre (CBC), and Dismantling WIFI Community. He is also exploring fiberization field and working on a Fiber Optic related project for Electrified Double Track Rail.
Besides that, En Azelan Bin Alias is also responsible for day to day financial and administrative management of the Company. He is responsible for ensuring that the business is financially sustainable.
